More than 15 Kapuso stars are featured in the Coffee House Productions and Springboard Film Productions horror movie “Basement.” But who among them is the dreaded killer?
Chills and goosebumps await you and your date this Valentine’s as “Basement” hits theaters nationwide beginning February 12.
Starring Kapuso stars Aljur Abrenica, Chynna Ortaleza, Louise delos Reyes, Kristoffer Martin, Enzo Pineda, Dion Ignacio, Kevin Santos, Jan Manual, Ron Padilla, Teejay Marquez, Mona Louise Rey together with Alvin Aragon, Carl Acosta, and Dex Quindoza, one of them will portray the role of the dreaded killer lurking at the basement. Completing the cast are Betong Sumaya, Ellen Adarna, and Ms. Pilita Corrales.
Here is the premise of the movie: A Group of young people find themselves trapped in a basement parking lot. At the onset, some are irritated while some don’t even give a damn knowing they can easily come out the next day. But when the power shuts off and as it gets close to midnight, strange things start to happen. They soon discover that something evil lurks in the darkness as one by one, their numbers dwindle. Who will be able to survive the night and who among them is the killer?
Directed by Topel Lee, “Basement” will give moviegoers an alternative film to watch this Valentine’s as thrill, fear and excitement begins February 12, 2014 in theaters nationwide!
