The GMA Films suspense movie “Overtime” starring Richard Gutierrez and Lauren Young registered a box office gross of P997,452.00.
According to third party tabulator Box Office Mojo, “Overtime” has grossed P997,452.00 during the time frame July 9 to 13, 2014. It went head-to-head with gigantic Hollywood movies like “Transformers: Age of Extinction” and “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.”
“Overtime” is the first movie of GMA Films for 2014 and second Kapuso movie this year following the Coffee House Productions and Springboard Film Productions’ horror movie “Basement” which was shown last February. GMA Films is set to co-produce/distribute two move movies this year namely “Cain at Abel” starring Aljur Abrenica and Alden Richards and “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles 2″ starring Dingdong Dantes and Lovi Poe.
